Acceptance of Terms

By using Citizen Prep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Educational Tool — Not Legal Advice

Citizen Prep is an independent study aid based on the publicly available official USCIS civics questions (2025 version). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or any U.S. government agency, and it does not provide legal or immigration advice. Passing practice tests in the app does not guarantee any result in your actual naturalization process. For official information, always consult uscis.gov or a qualified attorney.

AI Features & Accuracy

The Live Interview grading, the spoken examiner voice, and state-specific answer lookups are generated by automated AI systems. They are provided to help you practice and may contain errors or out-of-date information — particularly for answers that change over time, such as current elected officials. You should independently verify such answers with an official source before relying on them.

Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trials

• Citizen Prep offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings at any time.

Local Storage

Your progress and customizations are stored locally on your device. It is your responsibility to manage and back up your data. The developer is not responsible for any loss of progress or data corruption.

Acceptable Use

You may use Citizen Prep only for lawful, personal study purposes. You may not reproduce or redistribute the app's contents for unauthorized distribution or commercial activity without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Citizen Prep is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of any kind. The developer makes no representations about the application's accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use Citizen Prep, including any decisions made based on its content.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Citizen Prep after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
