By using FloraLens, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
To use FloraLens, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password authentication. Your plant data, including your personal plant collection, care logs, and community-shared content, is stored locally on your device and synced to our secure cloud servers for backup and cross-device access. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account credentials. The app developer is not responsible for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials or data loss, though we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
FloraLens requires a subscription to access core features, including plant identification, AI-powered health diagnosis, tailored care tips, and cloud synchronization. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing and cancellation policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for subscription fees. You are responsible for managing your subscription through the respective store's account settings.
By sharing plants or other content in the FloraLens Community Feed or on your public profile, you grant FloraLens a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. FloraLens reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
You may not use FloraLens for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, violating any applicable laws or regulations, attempting to reverse-engineer the app, uploading malicious content, or using the app in a way that disrupts its functionality, security, or community environment.
FloraLens is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties. The developer makes no representations about the application's reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose, including the accuracy of plant identification, health diagnosis, or care recommendations provided by the app.
In no event shall the developer be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use FloraLens, including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, inaccurate plant care advice, or financial loss related to subscription purchases.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of FloraLens after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through the app's settings, which will delete your cloud-synced data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, including inappropriate community content or prohibited uses.
