Route Manager - Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us at Route Manager. The app is designed to operate entirely offline, and we collect no personal data whatsoever. All routes, stops, history, and settings are stored exclusively on your device.

Information We Collect

Route Manager does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app functions completely offline and requires no account creation, login, or internet connection for core features.

• All route data (stops, addresses, notes, optimization results)
• Route history and performance analytics
• User preferences and settings

These are stored locally on your device only, using secure on-device storage. No data is sent to any servers or third parties.

No Data Collection or Sharing

We do not collect any usage data, analytics, crash reports, or identifiers. There is no tracking, no advertising IDs, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. Your routes and driving information remain completely private and stay on your device.

Subscriptions

Route Manager is a paid subscription app with the following options:

• Weekly: $3.99
• Monthly: $19.99

Subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information. All billing is handled exclusively by Apple or Google. Please refer to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store privacy policies for details on their data handling practices.

Advertisements

Route Manager does not display any advertisements. There are no ads, no ad networks, and no ad-related data collection.

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions, all of which are used only for core functionality:

• Camera: To scan addresses from manifests, labels, or documents (processed on-device only; no images are stored or transmitted).
• Location: Optional, for real-time navigation and ETA calculations when launching external mapping apps (Apple Maps, Google Maps, etc.). Location data is never stored or shared.
• Storage (Android): To export/import routes if implemented in future updates (local only).

No internet permission is required, as the app works fully offline. All processing (including AI-based address recognition and route optimization) happens on-device.

Third-Party Services

Route Manager uses no third-party services for data storage, analytics, or processing. The only external interactions are:

• Launching third-party navigation apps (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, etc.) for turn-by-turn directions – handled by your device's operating system.
• Subscription billing through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

No data is shared with any third party for any other purpose.

Security

All data is stored securely on your device using the platform's built-in secure storage mechanisms. You control access via your device's passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We do not have access to your data, and there is no cloud backup or synchronization.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app and on our website with a revised effective date.
