By downloading, installing, or using Route Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Route Manager is a professional tool designed to assist with route planning, optimization, and delivery management. You may use the app for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with applicable laws. All features, including AI-powered optimization, address scanning, and dual-mode operation, are provided for lawful use only.
All data in Route Manager—including routes, stops, addresses, notes, history, analytics, and preferences—is stored exclusively on your device using secure local storage. The app operates fully offline and does not sync or back up data to any servers. It is your sole responsibility to manage, back up, and protect your data. The developer is not liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data.
Route Manager is available only through a paid subscription with the following options:
Subscriptions grant full access to all features of the app. They are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms, billing policies, and cancellation procedures. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations during an active subscription period. You are responsible for managing your subscription via your Apple or Google account settings.
Route Manager does not contain any advertisements.
The app, its design, code, features, and all related intellectual property are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works based on Route Manager.
You agree not to use Route Manager for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
Route Manager is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that route optimizations, ETAs, or navigation integrations will always be accurate or suitable for your needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Route Manager, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate routing, delays, accidents, or financial losses.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and, where feasible, reflected in the app. Your continued use of Route Manager after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
