• Session Data: Session plans, shot lists, equipment checklists, lighting notes, and location details are stored exclusively on your device.
• Usage Data: No usage data is collected, ensuring your interactions with the app remain private.

Local Storage

All data, such as session plans, shot lists, equipment checklists, and location notes, is stored securely on your device and is not synced to any cloud servers. This ensures your photography and videography planning remains private and accessible only to you. You can back up your data manually if desired, but this is not automatic.

Permissions

ShotList Companion may request the following permissions to provide full functionality:

• Storage Access: To save session plans, shot lists, and other data locally on your device.
• Internet Access: To access features like weather forecasts, maps, and golden hour suggestions.
• Location Access: To provide geolocation-based features such as golden hour times and location scouting.

These permissions are optional, but some features may not function without them.

ShotList Companion uses third-party services for specific functionalities:
