Stackster - Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 03/24/2026

Stackster does not collect, store, or share personal data directly. Gameplay information, including your best score, total games played, and lifetime floors built, is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to CognitoWare servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

Stackster is designed to be simple and privacy-conscious. We do not directly collect:

Local Device Storage

Your score history and related in-app progress are saved locally on your device so the game can remember your performance. This local storage remains under your control, subject to your device settings and any backup services you choose to use.

Advertising

Stackster is free with ads. Advertisements are served by Google AdMob, which may use anonymized or pseudonymous identifiers to provide and measure ads. Any information handled by AdMob is governed by Google's own privacy practices.

Children's Privacy

Stackster is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app itself. If you believe personal information has been sent to us directly, contact us so we can review the situation.

Third-Party Services

If you interact with advertisements or external links, third-party providers may process limited device information under their own terms and privacy policies. CognitoWare does not control those third-party practices.
