By downloading, installing, or using Stackster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Stackster is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to reverse engineer protected portions, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The app may store gameplay progress and high-score information locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and any backups. CognitoWare is not responsible for lost scores, deleted saves, or interrupted gameplay caused by device issues or app removal.
Stackster may display advertisements, including ads served by Google AdMob. Your interactions with third-party ads, offers, or linked services are governed by those third parties' own terms and policies.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Stackster at any time. Features, visuals, balancing, or ad behavior may change between versions.
Stackster is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CognitoWare is not liable for damages arising from your use of or inability to use Stackster, including loss of progress, device issues, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Stackster after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
